But now i want to quit the service and for it i was send them request to change my postpaid connection to prepaid one so that if in future i need to use that dongle i can do recharge and use it.. But from there my problem is become bigger. The reliance mafia don't want me to go so that they will get Rs.1000 for free from my pocket. In march 2014 on my new billing cycle date 20th i was submit an request for changing my postpaid connection to prepaid and clear all my dues bill payment to reliance outlet (Goal Market, Ludhiana branch). and i gave my working number to them for verification of the query. They said a call will come to me and you have to answer just a few question to them then i said ok and come back home. Then after 4-5 days reliance executive calls me regarding changing my connection from postpaid to prepaid they ask me some questions and i replied to it then she said they will make my connection to prepaid in next 1 week then cut the call. .

   But in the next billing date (20th april 2014) my bill got generate again, I get shocked!

   I call reliance toll free number regarding this and they said we were called you for verification of your request bu your number was not working. .
   How can my number was not working i was pick their executive call and she take all my reviews and final close the query then why she didn't put my status confirmed.
   .
   Then i was tried to put another request via toll free number but they didn't respond me.
   .Now i have finally decided to close this number and i put the request on 18 may 2014 and on 20th may 2014 i got call from their executive again she ask me the same questions that "why you want to close the connection?, we will give you better plans etc etc. but i said not i dont need any other plan please close my connection" and she said ok sir and cut the call..But i was suspicious that this time also they make judgement of their own and write the status just opposite what i said to her and i called to toll free number 1800 3000 5555 again to confirm my request id: 220426193. and again i was right they did the same thing which i was worried about. .

   and now on 11th of june i got a call from a man who calimed that he is from delhi district court his no. was.8750444630 and he told me in a strict tone that he is having a file of case against me but dont know what is the case so i should call a number given by him, he said this person is a advocate (S.K Sharma)his number is 8744014946 and 8376940754. When i called him he said that reliace has filed a case against me in the district court about fraud and no bill diposit and their will be soon an arrest warrant will be liable against me and i have to pay Rs.60,000/- fine or jail. I thought rs.60,000 fine for 2 month bill which is 1941/- [Dimag ki ghanti baji]. so i was continue on the conversation in a scary tone. SO he suggest me a way that if i pay my due bill which he said it is Rs.4215/- (which is almost double bill tham generated bill) then i will stop you case file. .xx
   IN my knowledge i already know this thing that if somebody got any case file the police mens do not call they do the action. They go to the accused house and arrest him/her. But here the case is completly different so i got it that this call is from recovery agents. So i did a trick i do exactly same thing but in a fake manner i sent him a copy of fake slip of bank diposit and sudden the call come to stop.

   All these pranks are old and for some people it works. But this is not the right way i believe. Its a kind of extortion. So we the consumer have to be strict about this.

3. SOME SPAM AND FRAUD CALLS FROM RELIANCE TELECOM (BILLING DEPARTMENT) Saying that they are from some Court and Filing a case on you :.
   1. Mob No: 08470956248 [0 84 70 956248 ]- Language = Abusive Language according to a customer the lady is using very bad and dirty abusive language like "Salee" "Kutte" (Dog), "Haramee" etc. etc. [Note: the customer is saying that he have a recording of this conversation], ............... even more dirty abusive language that we cant type here!!
   Conclusion : "Reliance is a very very fraud and notorious company asking their billing agents to use very abusive language to customers".
   
   2. 07428735913 : [0 74 28 735913] : Spam and Suspicious number related to Reliance Telecom, she is asking one of Reliance Customer "Hello I am from a courier company i have a court case file - need to be send at xyz.....'s i.e. your home, please confirm your house number"..... 
   Conclusion : They are like ISIS terrorist of Kuwait .... :)    want to torture their customers in a same manner as ISIS in Iraq ... ;)
